To qualify for a refund:

● The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
● The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
● Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
● Refunds are processed within 7 days.

If your item qualifies under our warranty: 

● Lab Diamonds by Davidson Designs (Wholesale Lab Diamonds) will cover the shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
● The item will be inspected to determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care,
unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal cosmetic wear.
